One year of responses, aggregated and anonymised. Here is exactly what went in and what came out.

Data collection

  • 50,000+ NPS responses collected through NPSpack
  • Collected between January and December 2024
  • Companies from one-person startups to enterprises
  • Anonymous aggregated data only — no customer is identifiable

Analysis

  • Segmented by industry and by company size
  • Outliers removed: companies with fewer than 10 responses
  • Weighted averages, so one large account cannot carry an industry
  • Quarterly trend analysis included
